ECONOMICA, the Economics Association has the following aims:

1. To organize students' presentations on current issues
2. To organize an add-on course in Basic Economics, to improve mathematical and statistical ability of the students.
3. To arrange guest lectures by experts in various fields so as to create awareness amongst the students regarding current global economic changes.
4. To arrange parents' meeting to improve the association between teachers and parents and to inform them about departmental activities.
5. To arrange tours and industrial visits to improve students' social, economic and environmental activities.
6. To organize felicitation of meritorious students.
7. To organize farewell of T.Y.B.A students by F.Y.B.A & S.Y.B.A students.
